inspiring story

We loved this book! It's a wonderful story of 2 friends who work to find their dreams, pursue them, grow along the way, and ultimately find true happiness within. It's a sweet and inspiring story. The illustrations are lovely and quirky. I keep the book in my office and when little ones come in, they always grab it first right off the shelf. Enjoy it!

An unexpected adventure

My two sons opened up the book and stared at the quirky illustrations for long periods of time before they got around to reading the book. They loved Horatio and his determination to be independent. My eight year-old son in particular enjoyed the story and asked many questions about why they had to part, which, in turn led to conversations about what it means to 'grow up'.

Madam Yoo and Horstio's Extravaganza

This book is quirky and good natured with a really sweet message. Both the art and writing are uniquely beautiful. There is depth and humor in this book, which is hard to find in most children's books. My daughter and I love it.
